Material Handler – First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Compensation: $18.25 per hour
The Material Handler is responsible for accurately receiving, counting, verifying, and storing materials to support efficient production and inventory control. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that materials are properly managed within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process raw material parts in and out of the system using QAD, Eagle, and KBM
- Accurately count and verify the identity and quantity of all materials pulled
- Ensure all materials are stored in their designated locations in accordance with company standards
- Conduct cycle counts to support ongoing inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- Utilize RF scanners and pallet jacks to safely move and track materials
- Support inventory control procedures and assist in resolving discrepancies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Material Handling experience
- Familiarity with inventory accuracy and control methods
- Knowledge of material handling processes and inventory management practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Experience using RF scanners
- Proficiency with pallet jacks (manual or electric)
Position Details
- Shift: First shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.75/hr.
