Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts. You will undergo a week-long training class followed by hands-on mentoring on the production floor. Your role will include setting up sewing machines with the correct thread, increasing production counts to expected output levels, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts.
- Participate in a week-long training class and subsequent production floor mentoring.
- Set up sewing machines with the correct thread.
- Increase production count to expected output levels within 13 weeks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Sit for extended periods while operating sewing machines.
- Seek assistance or maintenance if issues arise with sewing machines.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
