What You’ll Be Doing
Email & Case Resolution
- Handle a high volume of customer emails and manage cases using Salesforce.
- Assist drivers with a wide range of issues — from vehicle orders to impound situations — and guide them toward the right solutions.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving & Research
- Investigate customer issues by collaborating with internal departments.
- Think creatively and independently to resolve complex cases.
- Use multiple systems and databases to gather and input information.
Administrative & System Support
- Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, and update driver data.
- Distribute insurance cards and contact drivers to collect missing information.
- Communicate daily via MS Teams with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of office-based customer service experience.
- Strong written communication skills and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working across multiple monitors and systems.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM (typing test required).
- High school diploma required.
