What You’ll Be Doing

Email & Case Resolution

  • Handle a high volume of customer emails and manage cases using Salesforce.
  • Assist drivers with a wide range of issues — from vehicle orders to impound situations — and guide them toward the right solutions.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving & Research

  • Investigate customer issues by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Think creatively and independently to resolve complex cases.
  • Use multiple systems and databases to gather and input information.

Administrative & System Support

  • Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, and update driver data.
  • Distribute insurance cards and contact drivers to collect missing information.
  • Communicate daily via MS Teams with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of office-based customer service experience.
  • Strong written communication skills and email etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working across multiple monitors and systems.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM (typing test required).
  • High school diploma required.

Bonus Points For Experience With:

  • Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Fleet services or vehicle-related customer support.
