Position Summary
The successful candidate will join the Aetna Reporting Solutions team, a part of the Medical Economics Unit. As a member of this team, their primary responsibilities will involve developing reports and tools, automation, and providing support for processes. They will also have the opportunity to work on ad hoc projects, assist with tool onboarding, and contribute to miscellaneous projects across Medical Economics. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in the design, creation, & rollout of reports and reporting tools.
  • Develop working relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders to create ad hoc reports.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts.


Required Qualifications
  • Comfort with using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change as workflows and programs continually evolve.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Python, Google Cloud, ThoughtSpot skills are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Oracle, VBA, and Dataiku a plus
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong process improvement skills/mindset


Education
  • Bachelor's in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another related field OR equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
