Collections Representative

Join our team as an Account Specialist, where you’ll manage customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer account assignments ranging from medium to complex.
• Run and format daily queries using company-specific software to track productivity and generate reports.
• Create and maintain account balance spreadsheets with specialized reporting parameters.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues and process conflicts.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and collaborate with billing and operations teams to develop corrective action plans.
• Document all work performed on customer accounts daily and update the financial system for management review.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong email communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with collections and logistics.
• Ability to work onsite in Tinley Park, IL.
• Ready to start as soon as possible!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tinley Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
