Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packer to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for packing materials as they come off the production machine, building boxes, and staging materials for shipping. You must be able to lift 30 pounds regularly and stand for long periods, with rotations every two hours.

Responsibilities

• Pack materials as they come off the production machine.
• Build boxes for shipping.
• Stage materials for shipping.
• Maintain speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills to interact with leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work orders.
• Basic computer skills to access work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Background in medical assembly or working with small parts is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
