Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your skills will directly contribute to operational excellence and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert-level support across Windows environments, including Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and remote access tools like Bomgar and RDP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of VDI issues and service requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively—both verbally and in writing—with users and team members.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems.
  • A customer-first attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards and a commitment to following corporate policies and procedures.

Additional Skills

  • Experience identifying process improvements and contributing to team efficiency.
  • A track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction in a support role.
  • The ability to manage your own ticket queue and meet service level expectations.
