What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain user access across enterprise systems, ensuring secure and compliant access to critical applications and data.
• Use your Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze access data, support audits, and generate reports for leadership.
• Perform essential Active Directory tasks such as password resets, permission updates, and account provisioning—key skills for any cybersecurity path.
• Support access recertification processes by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrections, and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to process access changes and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and document resolutions using ITSM tools.

What You Bring:

• A college degree and 6+ months of professional experience in IT or a related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and a desire to grow your technical skill set.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and a passion for security and access management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Exposure to audit processes, risk management, or regulatory frameworks like SOX.
• Experience with application or database account administration.
• Understanding of segregation of duties and access control best practices.
