As part of a renowned international network, our client is a trusted name in state-of-the-art power transmission products. Known for their commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join the growing team.


What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience—managing key accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing customer accounts to boost satisfaction, sales, and profitability
  • Handling quotes, orders, delivery updates, and follow-ups
  • Resolving customer issues, processing credits/debits, and managing returns
  • Collaborating with Operations and Engineering to meet customer needs
  • Monitoring pricing and inventory agreements
  • Supporting the outside sales team with timely insights and updates
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring service continuity
  • Answering inbound calls (approx. 45/day when on phone duty) and providing top-tier support
  • Working with both domestic and international clients on the Power Transmission Team


What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing sales support or customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to manage technical details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with order entry and ERP systems

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with QAD software
  • CRM experience and KPI tracking
