As an Analytical QC Lab Analyst, you’ll be one of the key players ensuring product quality and safety through precise testing, documentation excellence, and adherence to GMP standards. Will participate in laboratory investigations, equipment qualification, and maintenance by executing well-defined protocols and procedures. Additionally, the role requires active participation in identifying, communicating, and pursuing opportunities for improvement in lab operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑accuracy analytical testing following approved methods (HPLC, GC, titrations, pH, chromatography, etc.)
- Execute accurate, precise, and timely analytical methods and related support activities as per procedures/protocols.
- Perform data entry and verification reviews with diligence and attention to detail in accordance with procedures, standards, and GMP requirements.
- Identify suspect analytical results and deviations, initiating a SARE/Event notice when necessary.
- Conduct routine equipment qualification, calibrations, or maintenance through well-defined protocols.
- Train and mentor others in the lab.
- Assist co-workers in the timely execution of duties within any laboratory.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in daily work activities and troubleshoot equipment and methods as required.
- Participate in improvement activities, self-inspections, and cross-training activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related scientific field preferred. OR
- If lacking BA/AS in scientific field, must have 12+ months of QC/lab experience in a GMP/GLP environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and math skills.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Attention to detail, enabling effective work in a highly regulated environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and Lipid Fat Test.
- Experience in chemistry, quality control, pharmaceutical, GMP, chemical analysis, viscosity, life sciences, quality assurance, quality inspection, titration, quality documentation, pH testing, analytical methods, Agilent technology, chromatography, biology, and biochemistry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
