Job Description

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a high-speed manufacturing facility, supporting 8–10 production lines. Our operations are backed by a strong and stable customer base, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair high-speed production machinery.
• Work with robotics systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints for machinery repairs and installations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical schooling.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Open to entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow.

Work Environment

This hands-on role is located in a clean, non-climate-controlled environment with training provided on 1st shift. Available shifts include 2nd and 3rd, offering opportunities for flexible scheduling.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crawfordsville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
