Description
- Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals from commercial and residential accounts.
- Verify alarms using audio and video technology and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
- Communicate with customers, law enforcement, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately document all actions taken during alarm events in the system.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for various alarm types (burglary, fire, panic, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all security and privacy policies.
Compensation:$18
