Description

  • Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals from commercial and residential accounts.
  • Verify alarms using audio and video technology and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
  • Communicate with customers, law enforcement, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately document all actions taken during alarm events in the system.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols for various alarm types (burglary, fire, panic, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all security and privacy policies.
