Job Title: Drafter/Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Envelope Drafter to join our dynamic Building Envelope Team. The position emphasizes Revit design and requires proficiency in producing drawings independently. Projects primarily involve clients with multiple building campuses, including K-12, Higher Education, and government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction documents and 'as built' designs.
• Design and review building elements such as roofs, masonry, curtain walls, windows, and sub-bases.
• Travel frequently to local project sites, with occasional overnight travel.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit design
• Experience in drafting and construction document preparation.
• Strong understanding of building design and construction.
• Ability to manage construction projects effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• RRO or RRC credential is a plus.
• 1-5 years of experience in Revit design

Work Environment

Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the office provides a clean, modern, and comfortable work environment with a relatively quiet atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7/8 am to 4/5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week with some overtime as needed. The dress code is business casual, including polos and jeans
