Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on machinery, ensure equipment is in production-ready and safe condition, and address direct requests from the manufacturing floor. This includes making initial evaluations of situations and determining necessary maintenance levels for issues or repairs. Your role involves mechanical troubleshooting on pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors, as well as electrical troubleshooting on 3-phase motors and VFDs. You will read blueprints and electrical schematics and perform all tasks necessary to operate maintenance room equipment according to procedure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and robotic equipment.
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
- Perform root cause analysis to determine immediate actions or when to call appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a 5S environment in the work area.

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.
