Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves executing mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance tasks on industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be adept at troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum seal systems, as well as lamination equipment, gel coating machines, CNC trimmers, sensored conveyors, motors, pumps, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum seal systems.
• Maintain and repair lamination equipment, gel coating machines, CNC trimmers, sensored conveyors, motors, pumps, conveyors, rollers, and pulleys.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase.
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic interpretation.
• Adhere to safety standards, including wearing required PPE.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, including reading schematics and using a multimeter.
• Experience with basic PLC troubleshooting, including reading and following ladder logic.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, IN.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $81120.00/yr.
