Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule.
  • Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
  • Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.
  • Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.

Essential Skills

  • Industrial maintenance
  • Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Mechanical troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PLC Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley
  • Robotic Troubleshooting - Motoman or Fanuc
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
