What You’ll Get:

• $30–$45/hr based on experience (OT eligible at 1.5x)
• Opportunity for $1.5/hr added after a successful 90 days in the position

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field survey operations for construction layout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys
• Perform ALTA surveys upon permanent hire
• Operate as part of a two-person crew or independently as needed
• Use advanced Trimble equipment: GPS base/rover units, VRS networks, robotic total stations, digital levels, TSC7 data collectors, and TBC software
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Survey Crew Chief
• Strong background in construction layout surveys(required)
• Experience withcivil surveyprojects (not pipeline-only)
• Familiarity with topography, total stations, GPS, and boundary survey software
• Ability to pass a drug test, pre-employment check, and MVR check
