About the Role
Join our team as a Service Coordinator and play a key role in supporting service operations, customer communication, and office management. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for full-time placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Service Manager with quotes, scheduling, and customer follow-up
- Maintain customer data, inventory, and invoicing in NetSuite ERP
- Coordinate field technician schedules and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and accounting policies
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Serve as backup to the Service Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office administration or service coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Background in manufacturing or field service industries
- Strong communication and organizational skills
