We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Technician to join our BIM Team. This role involves supporting the development and coordination of Building Information Modeling for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction projects. The BIM Technician will collaborate directly with BIM Coordinators and managers to assist in creating drawings and assemblies.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM Models in Revit.
  • Add elements to drawings and update/add annotations to shop drawings.
  • Support coordination efforts by identifying and resolving clashes using Navisworks.
  • Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings.
  • Ensure project drawings follow the appropriate schedule and updated specifications.
  • Work closely with the field team to support installation processes.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years experience in the MEP BIM field.
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience gained professionally or through education.
  • Willingness to learn and develop towards being a BIM Coordinator.
  • Experience in MEP Revit modeling.
  • Potential to grow into a full-fledged BIM Coordinator role.
