The V2X Modernization and Sustainment (M&S) business in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Cost Control Analyst to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate will be the primary financial support within a program and will ensure that all financial tasks are nurtured to completion. The ideal candidate will possess professional and effective communication skills both within and outside the organization, including the ability to multi-task across various activities. The analyst will be responsible for handling all financial aspects of the program to include, but not limited to, budget preparation, tracking and monitoring project costs and revenue, variance analysis, forecasting, cash analysis, earned value reporting, preparing program Estimate at Complete (EACs), Program Management Reviews (PMR) and any related ad hoc requests that arise. Additional responsibilities include maintaining contract/program structure in the accounting system, creating/maintaining charge numbers, review of contract and contract modifications and overall cash management process (invoicing / customer receipts).
The ability to develop productive partnerships with other functions, analysts, and the Product Line leaders are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant financial experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to work and succeed in a deadline driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent personal computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Comprehensive critical thinking and analysis skills
- Self-starter, ability to work effectively in a results-oriented team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Federal / Department of Defense contracts and practices
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), and forecasting tools
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field
