Job Title: Fabricator/AssemblerJob Description

A local manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Assembler to join our team on the 1st shift. This role is essential for the production of high-quality metal products.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize computer systems to track production orders.
  • Measure and mark steel for machine operations.
  • Read and interpret production documents.
  • Operate drill presses and saws.
  • Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with tape measures, drill presses, and saw operations.
  • Strong mechanical assembly and fabrication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly.
  • Hands-on experience with drill press and saw operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
