Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated associate to join our production team as a Loader/Unloader. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Load and unload materials from trucks, verifying contents against shipping invoices.
• Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products according to company procedures.
• Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move materials.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for the placement of goods.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary.
• Complete daily logs and reports.

• General labor and production skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours per day.
• Attention to detail to ensure items are correctly loaded and unloaded without damage.
• Safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
