We are seeking a dedicated associate to join our production team as a Loader/Unloader. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Load and unload materials from trucks, verifying contents against shipping invoices.
- Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products according to company procedures.
- Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move materials.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for the placement of goods.
- Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary.
- Complete daily logs and reports.
- General labor and production skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours per day.
- Attention to detail to ensure items are correctly loaded and unloaded without damage.
- Safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Teamwork and effective coordination with colleagues.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues.
- Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Knowledge of company procedures for sorting, packing, and labeling products.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
