D💡 Why You’ll Love This Role:

As a Patient Services Associate, you’ll be the compassionate voice on the other end of the line, guiding patients through the process of re-enrollment, benefit verification, and access to life-changing medications. Every call you take is a chance to make a difference.

e🛠️ What You’ll Do:

  • Handle 25–50 inbound calls daily related to re-enrollment and reverification.
  • Make outbound calls to providers and payers to verify benefits and collect missing intake information.
  • Document coverage details in the Summary of Benefits and update case notes in the Lynk system.
  • Communicate with both patients and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

sWhat You Bring:

  • 2+ years of call center experience (heavy inbound preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Solid understanding of health insurance and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and professionalism.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

c🧠 Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with medical claims, insurance verification, or patient access.
