Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Production Operator in a brand-new, large-scale manufacturing facility focused on clean energy products. You will operate and monitor production equipment, support the manufacturing flow, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Perform routine production tasks to maintain a smooth and consistent manufacturing flow.
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards on every shift.
- Work closely with your team to keep production lines running and meet output goals.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Use hand tools, measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers, and other basic equipment as needed for production tasks.
- Assist with general labor and assembly tasks as required to support production needs.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions to complete assigned tasks correctly.
- Support basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment, escalating issues when necessary.
- Operate or assist with operating CNC and press brake equipment where applicable, following proper procedures.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors about production status, issues, and safety concerns.
- Participate in training programs, including potential travel-based training, to learn new processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Proven machine operation or machine operating experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Some prior manufacturing experience, including general production or general labor responsibilities.
- Comfort operating basic tools or machinery safely and reliably.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, with the flexibility to choose a preferred schedule where available.
- Strong attention to quality and safety in all tasks.
- Comfort using hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.
- Basic familiarity with computers for equipment interfaces or production tracking.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, including basic blueprints or production documentation.
- Effective communication skills to work well with teammates and support a collaborative environment.
- Reliable work ethic, strong attitude toward learning, and motivation for growth.
- Experience with CNC equipment or press brake operation in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for production machinery and equipment.
- Willingness and ability to participate in training that may involve travel, including international travel.
- Openness to fast-track advancement opportunities based on performance and successful completion of training.
- Interest in further education, with access to an education assistance program planned for the near future.

Work Environment
The role is based in a brand-new manufacturing facility that is still being built, offering modern equipment and an updated production environment. The operation runs on 12-hour shifts, with both day and night options, and follows a 2-2-3 schedule once back in the United States, providing a predictable rotating shift pattern. The work involves operating production machinery, CNC equipment, and press brakes, as well as using hand tools, blueprints, tape measures, and calipers in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Training may include travel, including international travel, supported by travelers insurance and additional cultural experiences. The facility focuses on clean energy manufacturing and emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.

• Fully invested in US Manufacturing
• Texas, Jeffersonville, Shelbyville – 4,000 new job - 1200 here
• Training/Travel: Lianshui, China
• Pay $23/hour
• Per Diem 8:30a-8:30p (12 hours 6 days), 8:30p-8:30a - $30
• 2-2-3 once in back in the US.
• Passport reimbursement if new
• $1200 sign on bonus ($300 on 1st pay check – 900 after 30 days). 1 year commitment
• Fast track advancement for those that train in China (based on performance)
