As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery. You will load raw materials into the production line, monitor machines, and visually inspect materials as they are being processed. Additionally, you will report any issues to the team lead, maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborate with other team members to ensure quality standards are met, and adjust machines as needed.

- Experience with machine operation and operating machinery.
- Ability to load machines efficiently.
- Production and mechanical assembly experience.
- Mechanically inclined with inspection skills.
- Experience with banding and packaging.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Clamp truck experience is a plus.
- Quality inspection experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentExperience a great culture where everyone collaborates. The environment can be loud and hot, but large fans will be installed for airflow in the brand new facility. Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required before starting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
