Construction Laborer

Technicians are responsible for the production process involved in creating underground Concrete Duct Bank boxes. This role requires working in various capacities depending on the assigned station.

• Set up and tie rebar, preparing it for the next station.
• Assist in creating forms, including cutting and measuring materials.
• Clean and oil forms before and after each assembly.
• Assist with concrete pouring, ensuring correct positioning and handling of vibrating tools to settle concrete.
• Finish the concrete once the box is complete and starting to cure.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including sweeping, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes.

• Experience in construction and general labor.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
• Capability to lift 50lbs or more to head level.
• Proficiency in carrying materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards.

• Experience with concrete, either residential or commercial.
• Possession of OSHA 10 or similar certifications is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
