Technicians are responsible for the production process involved in creating underground Concrete Duct Bank boxes. This role requires working in various capacities depending on the assigned station.
Responsibilities- Set up and tie rebar, preparing it for the next station.
- Assist in creating forms, including cutting and measuring materials.
- Clean and oil forms before and after each assembly.
- Assist with concrete pouring, ensuring correct positioning and handling of vibrating tools to settle concrete.
- Finish the concrete once the box is complete and starting to cure.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including sweeping, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes.
- Experience in construction and general labor.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
- Capability to lift 50lbs or more to head level.
- Proficiency in carrying materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards.
- Experience with concrete, either residential or commercial.
- Possession of OSHA 10 or similar certifications is a plus.

Work EnvironmentWork both indoors and outdoors on an open construction site, dealing with varying weather conditions such as mud, wetness, cold, and heat during summer.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
