🔍 What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics)
- Perform component-level and board-level repairs when needed
- Use diagnostic tools, software, and schematics to identify issues
- Conduct functional testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Track repairs, parts usage, and results in internal systems
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Identify recurring defects and escalate trends
- Support and mentor Level 1 technicians as needed
✅ What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in electronics repair, device repair, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as soldering equipment, multimeters, or software diagnostics
- Ability to read basic schematics or repair documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- High attention to detail and quality
⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience at companies like CTDI, Ivy Technology, uBreakiFix, CPR, or similar repair environments
- Board-level repair experience (microsoldering a plus)
- Experience in refurbishment, RMA, or reverse logistics operations
- IPC certification or technical training

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
