Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately 20 individuals, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
• Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence on the production floor.
• Drive a forklift or perform necessary tasks as required to ensure team effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee process improvements to enhance production standards.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to improve standards within a department.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated manufacturing is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Carlisle, IN.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
