Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery.
- Analyze and maintain systems and equipment within the plant.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Work on motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
- Reference and interpret diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, or manufacturer's instructions.
Essential Skills
- Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to perform maintenance repair and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in industrial maintenance and machine repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least two years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Mechanical comprehension and functional understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and motors.
- Electrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacement experience.
- Preferred experience in PLC diagnostics.
- Knowledge of process equipment control for troubleshooting and installations.
- Field service knowledge including photo eyes, smart eyes, micro switches, encoders, and reed sensors.
- Electromechanical troubleshooting skills including controls, components, and control wiring diagnosis.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plainfield, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
