Job Title: R&D Engineering TechnicianJob Description

Join our innovative team as an R&D Engineering Technician, where you will be at the forefront of creating the next generation of connectivity solutions. This role involves conducting lab tests and documenting findings to support our engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct lab tests and experiments, accounting for 75% of your role.
  • Document and report test results and findings, contributing 25% of your responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and reliable test outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced mechanical and electronic test equipment effectively.
Essential Skills
  • Associate's degree, preferably in electronics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Advanced skills in using mechanical and electronics test equipment in a lab setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in fiberoptic cable installation or quality backgrounds is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Work Environment

This position is onsite and operates during the 2nd shift from 1:30pm to 9:30pm. You will work alongside 7 testing engineering technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/hr.
