Position Title: Onsite IT Support Specialist
Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Warehouse facility (onsite role)
Role Overview
We're seeking a hands-on IT support professional to manage and maintain desktop operations within a busy warehouse environment. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who's comfortable taking initiative and learning as they go. You'll provide direct support to staff working at the facility across approximately 100 devices, including laptops and peripheral hardware.
Responsibilities
- Deliver desktop support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide hardware support for computers, USBs, and printers
- Handle software imaging and setup tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite tech support
- Participate in production and operations meetings to stay aligned with facility needs
- Collaborate with leadership and report to designated technical leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience required (non-engineering)
- Experience with desktop technologies preferred
- Familiarity with Mac and PC environments a plus
- 2–3 years of overall IT experience highly preferred
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
