Pay
- Pay based on experience
- $3 shift differential for overnight shift
- Bi-weekly Pay
- Health Insurance (Medical, Dental & Vision) starting Day 1!

- Orientation Week: Schedule will be providedprior tostart date
- Schedule: 2-2-2 schedule
- 12-hour day shift (5:45 pm-6:00 am)

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and General Electric
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must be able to perform maintenance functions in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on mechanical repair.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must be a self-motivated skilled trades professional.
- Positive, team focused attitude.
- Experience troubleshooting/repairing 3 phase motors
- Experience with pneumatics
- Experience troubleshooting/repairing VFD's (not required but a plus!)
- Working with HMI and PLC controls
Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
- At least 2years of experience, as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently and perform effective repairs.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
