Cash Application Specialist(Entry-Level)

Location: Kansas City, KS

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote after training)

Pay: $19/hr

Are you a new graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance and internship experience? In this role, you'll be responsible for applying daily cash receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and supporting internal teams with financial accuracy and reporting. You'll work in a collaborative environment with flexible hours, a modern office space, and a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply and reconcile daily cash receipts using SAP and IREC.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support Credit and Collections managers with projects and reporting.
• Gain exposure to enterprise-level financial systems and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Internship or academic experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
