Shipping Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organized Shipping Supervisor to oversee and drive productivity within our shipping team. The ideal candidate will ensure that orders are shipped efficiently and accurately while maintaining safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive productivity of the team.
• Ensure orders are shipped timely and accurately.
• Utilize applications to drive efficiencies.
• Ensure all safety aspects of the jobs are being followed by employees.
• Set up, operate, and perform basic equipment adjustments as required.
• Train and cross-train both new and existing employees.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move product and materials efficiently and safely.
• Accurately enter data into computer systems to track material movements and locations.
• Perform other duties and project work as assigned.

• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Experience in warehouse inventory management.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

• Two or more years in a leadership or supervisory role are preferred.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
