Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves dispensing pharmaceuticals and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Dispense tablets, capsules, unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, and related supplies following regulations and company policies.
• Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all necessary items are included.
• Perform drug and supply ordering and manage inventory and warehouse duties.
• Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies, including refrigeration of perishable products.
• Monitor and adjust pharmacy equipment as needed.
• Fill dispensing units as required.

Essential Skills

• Pharmacy skills
• KS pharm tech license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• PharmD
• Experience in retail pharmacy
• Pharmacy license

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• National certification preferred, not required

Work Environment

The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent. The pharmacy environment requires attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards. Professional attire is expected.
