Job Title: Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator with a strong work history in the printing industry. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience operating flexographic press machines and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain narrow web flexographic press machines efficiently.
• Ensure quality control measures are adhered to during the printing process.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on press machines as needed.
• Organize workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a press operator in the printing industry.
• Experience with flexographic press machines or narrow web flexographic experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Flexo Narrow Web: 2 years (Required).
• Maintenance experience with press machines or flexographic machines in a printing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Positive attitude and well-organized.
• Dependability and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a non-climate controlled printing facility that specializes in producing labels for clients in the oil industry or hazardous warning labels. The shift is Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with occasional work required on Fridays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Paola, KS.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $59280.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Paola,KS.
