Job Description:

A popular Fabrication Shop Company in Shawnee, KS is looking for Welders to join the team and to perform MIG welds.

The company is looking for welders to start right away so Aerotek will provide a rapid interview process, so you start work as soon as possible! 

Skills:

Welding, Steel, Fabrication, MIG, Blueprints

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in MIG welding and reading prints.
• Experience with structural welding, fabrication, and assembly.
• Ability to work with carbon steel, mild steel, and stainless steel.
• Knowledge of using mechanical and production tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in aluminum welding is beneficial.
• Fitting skills are highly valued, with the ability to understand complex blueprints and fixtures.
• Familiarity with TIG welding and flux core welding is advantageous.

Pay / Shift:

• $20 - $25 an hour
• 1st Shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SHAWNEE MISSION, KS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
