Our company is looking to fill numerous roles in a Fabrication Shop in Topeka, KS that include the following:
Band Saw Operators (1st and 2nd shift) $22-27/hour
Industrial Painters (1st and 2nd shift) $24-28/hour
Laser Operators (1st shift only) $22-27/hour
Kitting/Assembly (1st shift only) $18-22/hour
Machinist (1st shift only) $25-30/hour
Job Description
Must have experience of at least 6+ months in one of the fields above.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to understand project requirements, specifications, and priorities.
- Perform general labor duties in the machine shop to support production and daily operations.
- Assist in other areas of the shop as needed to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion of projects.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
- 6+ months of experience with operating any of the following: Band Saws, Industrial Painters, Lasers, Machinist.
- No Job hopper, must have some consistent experience.

Work Environment
The position is based in a machine shop environment with hands-on production and general labor activities. Work is fast-paced and team-oriented, with frequent collaboration and support across different areas of the shop. You will handle parts and materials, perform physical tasks, and work around production equipment, following established safety and shop procedures.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Topeka, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
