Description:

  • Sheet Metal Mechanics will be working on sub-assemblies and major assemblies, primarily for Boeing and Textron aircraft. Their biggest need is working in the Aircraft Doors department right now.
  • Complete hole layout and drilling
  • Complete riveting and countersinking
  • Complete sealing
  • Set up and run various shop equipment, such as squeezes and precision measuring tools, including drill motors and countersink cutters
  • Climate-controlled environment

Required:

  • 7+ years of aircraft sheet metal experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production/assembly environment
  • Tools are NOT required

Pay:

  • $40/hr

Work Schedule:

  • Will work on 1st or 2nd shift
  • Must be able to work 60+ hours per week during the length of the contract
  • Must be able to work any day of the week, including some weeks of 7 days

Placement:

  • 90-120 Day Contract, with potential for extension

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
