We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Construction Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and converting new contractor business, evaluating blueprints to generate accurate quotes for windows and doors, and conducting sales calls both in-showroom and in-home. You will actively manage your pipeline using a CRM system and ensure maximum account and prospect penetration. Your expertise will contribute to building relationships with general contractors for ongoing orders related to new builds and remodels.
Responsibilities- Prospect and convert new contractor business.
- Evaluate blueprints to accurately generate quotes for windows and doors.
- Execute sales calls and showroom meetings with contractors, including in-home sales calls and measurement of windows/doors.
- Actively manage pipeline using CRM system to close business.
- Manage activities via CRM to ensure maximum account and prospect penetration.
- Provide 'anytime, anywhere' availability for clients.
- Consistently learn and maintain product and industry knowledge.
- Work with general contractors in construction to build relationships for regular orders in new builds and remodels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience with a proven ability to attain new business.
- Proficient computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn proprietary computer programs and systems.
- Experience in construction estimating.
- Knowledge of windows and cabinets.
This is a direct hire position with a salary basis for the first 6-12 months before transitioning to a fully commission-based role. You will have access to a company truck, which you can drive home each day. The position is primarily based on-site in Wichita, with the requirement to attend meetings in the field as needed. A computer will be provided to support your work tasks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
Company 401k, vehicle to drive daily to and from work/home, commission only role after 6-12 months of building up teritory
