As a Recruiter you will…

• Impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer job openings and deliver on their needs in a timely manner
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools - resume databases, job postings, job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates via intro calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, etc.
• Coordinate, schedule, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform various administrative and customer service-related tasks

Desired Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a competitive environment

Let’s talk money and perks!

Upon successful completion of our hourly 13-week training period ($16.50/hr plus overtime), Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings (Actual number varies based on Commission and Bonuses):

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
• We do have tenured Recruiters making north of $200,000 annually

Performance based incentives:

• Quarterly bonuses

This is a Permanent position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wichita,KS.
