Job Title: Aviation Maintenance Technician ( A&P Mechanic)
Job Description
As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and modifying aircraft parts and components. You will correct any malfunctions or deficiencies with and without power applied to the aircraft. Additionally, you will access and re-install aircraft components that obstruct the performance of assigned tasks. Your role will include performing basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Responsibilities

- Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Essential Skills
- A&P license with 3 years of corporate jet experience or Airframe license with 5 years of corporate jet experience.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and aviation maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in aircraft and flightline.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with products like Global, Challenger, or Learjet is preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based in a service center facility in Wichita, KS. The work environment is non-climate controlled, with customers occasionally walking the floor. The role offers multiple shift options: 1st (day) from 6:42AM-3:12PM, 2nd (evening) from 3:42PM – 11:12PM, 3rd (nights) from 11:12PM-6:42AM, or 4th (weekends) from Friday to Sunday; 5AM-5PM. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
