Maintenance Technician

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on machinery and facilities at a food production plant. Key responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, troubleshooting equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring the plant runs efficiently and safely.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Repair faulty equipment and machinery, including conveyors, and perform welding and fabrication as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and plant equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and ensure functionality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental policies in all tasks, specifically with food.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.

• Experience with industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Covington, KY.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
