Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for handling industrial maintenance across the entire facility. You will troubleshoot automated lines, including over 80 Fanuc robots, as well as stamping presses and paint booths. Your expertise in mechanical and fluid power troubleshooting will be vital to maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industrial maintenance for the entire facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated lines, Fanuc robots, stamping presses, and paint booths.
• Perform mechanical and fluid power troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in maintenance, including industrial, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot using meters and voltage measurements.
• 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree.
• Experience with chains, drives, motors, conveyors, and presses.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system experience.

• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with heavy industrial settings.

Work Environment

You will work in a manufacturer of steel wheels for the automotive industry, in a highly automated facility featuring large metal stamping presses and paint lines. The environment is hot, dirty, and heavily industrial, reflecting the nature of the work. The position is based on a traditional 2nd shift schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, KY.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
