Support Technician
A well-rounded IT Support Technician is needed to provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service to end users. This role involves both remote and in-person support, requiring strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair within a technology-driven environment. Basic network troubleshooting skills are also necessary.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods.

Position Responsibilities
The specialist role provides a point of contact for technical assistance and support within ours client’s organization
· Provides solutions to a wide variety of technology related problems, issues, and questions or escalates to appropriate support area.
· Utilizes knowledge management tools to help resolve client issues.
· Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology support issues for both local and global users.
· Active Directory/Group Policy Support
· Windows 10/11 support for end users
· Provide end-to-end IT support relating to hardware and software applications
· Document, develop and improve existing IT processes, and adhere to established standards and best practices.
· Support PC, Mac, Linux workstations, VDIs, and various tablet platforms
· Support standard and custom images (Windows 10, 11, and VDIs) for all end-user compute standards
· Troubleshoot hardware/software
· MDM
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in desktop support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in software installation and technical support
- Ability to assist with network connectivity and hardware issues
- Prior exposure to help desk environments or service desk operations
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive user relationships

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
