Desktop Support Technician – Onsite
Location: Frankfort, KY
We are seeking skilled Desktop Support Technicians to provide hands-on technical assistance in a professional environment. These onsite roles require direct interaction with end users to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
- Configure, set up, and install computer equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Perform basic network troubleshooting
- Manage support requests effectively in a ticketing system
- Operate under time-sensitive conditions with strong problem-solving skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in computer installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Familiarity with both hardware and software support
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic networking knowledge for troubleshooting connectivity issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with end users
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology environments
