Desktop Support Technician – Onsite

We are seeking skilled Desktop Support Technicians to provide hands-on technical assistance in a professional environment. These onsite roles require direct interaction with end users to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
• Configure, set up, and install computer equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
• Perform basic network troubleshooting
• Manage support requests effectively in a ticketing system
• Operate under time-sensitive conditions with strong problem-solving skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Experience in computer installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Familiarity with both hardware and software support
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic networking knowledge for troubleshooting connectivity issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
