Job Title: Scheduling Representative
The scheduling professional will manage inventory levels, assist with customer orders, and schedule the transfer and processing of materials to maintain finished inventory levels.
- Assist with data entry using Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
- Create and coordinate schedules and movement of processing in the warehouse.
- Conduct critical quality assurance checks on processing documents.
- Be on call in case of emergencies related to processing requirements.
- Analyze customer sales order schedules and special project requests.
- Communicate with customers and provide processing instructions for team members.

The work environment includes both cubicle and warehouse settings. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM.
