Job Title: Controls Technician

Join our team as a Controls Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in the installation and assembly of custom machinery within automated manufacturing environments. Your expertise will be critical for reading electrical schematics for machinery, parts, and wiring, as well as working in the field for testing and commissioning.

• Install and assemble custom machinery in automated manufacturing settings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for machinery, parts, and wiring.
• Conduct fieldwork for testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and wiring issues.
• Ensure machine safety and adhere to safety protocols.

• Proficiency in electrical schematics and wiring.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of 480v and 600v electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Experience with installation and electrical blueprints.
• Familiarity with machine safety protocols.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and ideas.

Work primarily in a shop environment with approximately 20% travel required for fieldwork, typically lasting 3-5 days.
