🧾 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process various insurance claims, verifying data with agencies daily.
• Create and submit electronic claims to multiple payers with accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate and correct error claims, ensuring timely resubmission.
• Review accounts receivable (AR) reports daily and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Respond to inquiries from payers/agencies regarding AR activity.
• Maintain and develop AR tracking schedules to monitor issues and resolutions.
• Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and care.

🎓 Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing and collections experience
• Experience working with denied claims
• Experience with all major commercial payors, Medicare and Medicaid
• High school diploma required; medical billing/coding certification preferred
• Epic experience preferred
