Job Description
Join a dynamic environment providing customer service and administrative support for a Toll Collections company primarily serving Louisiana. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to the GeauxPass and ensuring smooth operations within the customer service center.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for public customer service issues.
- Respond to public calls and provide general information and service regarding the GeauxPass.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the customer service center and GeauxPass operations.
- Process credit card and e-check payments for replenishment or violation payments.
- Open cases for unresolved customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and research and adjust account discrepancies as requested.
- Process and reply to emails and cases from customers.
- Manage customer disputes.
- Process web correspondence to answer questions and assist customers.
- Handle the closing of customer accounts and submit requests for refunds when necessary.
- Update invoices, violation payments, customer payments, or accounts to keep demographic, vehicle, and credit card information current.

Work Environment
The role is based in a cubicle call center, requiring 100% in-office presence. The work hours are from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, with mandatory training from 9:30 AM to 6 PM for 5-8 days. Compensation is $19/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates
